For homeowners, renters, and business owners in the counties of Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bristol, Plymouth, and Worcester who were affected by flooding beginning March 12, 2010, apply by phone: 800-621-3362 (TTY 800-462-7585 for the hearing or speech impaired) or apply online: www.disasterassistance.gov

• A phone number
• Address of the damaged property
• Social Security number
• Brief description of the damages
• Current mailing address
• Insurance information (if you have insurance)

Disaster recovery assistance is available without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age, disability, or economic status.
