Dear Members of the Saugus Historical Society,

At the Annual Meeting of March 10, 2010, the second attempt to nominate and elect Officers and Directors could not succeed due to the lack of membership votes. A vote of the attending membership was taken to schedule an urgent General Meeting for Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at 7:00 PM in the Historical Society House, 30 Main Street, for the acceptance of the updated by-laws and the election of officers and directors.

Member attendance is vital in this matter.
