Come have lunch with us at the Crane Estate while enjoying an artful talk or workshop in Castle Hill's Italian-style "casino" buildings. Bring a lunch; lemonade and cookies provided. Bring a canvas and the paints of your choice and enjoy an outdoor painting workshop. A local artist will be on hand to help guide you as you capture the beauty of the landscape. This is just the program to gear you up for our annual Castle Hill Art Show in November!

This guided tour will highlight late-summer and early fall blooming plants and finish with refreshments on the house veranda. Children FREE.

Join us in front of the Town Hall for Saugus Founders' Day. As per usual, the section of Central Street and Taylor Street between the Town Hall, Library, and Common will be closed to vehicular traffic.

This will be a giant yard sale, featuring toys, furniture and many household goods. There will also be home-made baked goods, as well as hot dogs and hamburgers too.

Saugus Founders Day is happy that the Saugus Founders' Day Road Race will be sponsored again by the Friends of Breakheart and the Department of Conservation and Recreation. The 5K road race will start from the Christopher P. Dunne Visitors Center at Breakheart Reservation off the Lynn Fells Parkway in Saugus. The race will take you through the beautiful reservation. There will be raffle prizes, Limited Edition Tee Shirts, hot dogs and other refreshments for runners.
