Saugus Historical Society General Meeting Paul Kenworthy will give a lecture on the Civil War. Cam Cicolini, Town Charter Study Committee member, will be at our meeting. She will have with her a questionnaire that the Charter Study Committee has put together to gather input from the citizens of Saugus.
