Stumbled across this site after looking @ saugus pics. Boy, they sure brought back memories! Looking @ pics of the rotary, I felt I was that same little 5 yr old that used go walking around that area w/ my father,or sometimes my nana. I went to oaklandvale elem but moved to Vermont when I was 6. My father owned Bill's barber shop. He owned the whole building & I remember there was a dance studio in one part of it but I don't recall the name of it. I miss Saugus so badly. I haven't even been able to go back to visit Mass since the early 90's. I miss Kane's doughnut shop, but esp Esposito's bakery. I haven't been able to find an Italian rum cake anything like they used to make. I live in Missouri now. Just wanted to say thanks for the fond memories, & I will ALWAYS LOVE SAUGUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
