I am appalled at the condition of the street I live on here in Saugus. There is still nearly 4-5 inches of snow on my street. Driving without 4 wheel drive is trecherous. I find it amazing 3 days after a storm has past there is this much snow on the street. A rainstorm is predicted in the coming days. Mix the rain with the snow already on the street and follow it with a deep freeze and it will create conditions that are totally unacceptable. What is the hold up?
