It was really cool to see so many names I recognized. My parents still live in Saugus, so I still hear about a lot of names. My youngest brother, Steven just graduated SHS this year! I graduated class of 83' and my brother David, the class of 85'. Saugus has certainly changed in the 13 or so years I have been away. I still frequently vist my folks, so I see the "new face" of Saugus as it develops. Route one is like a speedway and I pitty the young kids just learning to drive in town. Residential development is booming at close to $500K for an upscale family home "yikes"! Never mind the fact that most of this new development is being blasted into ledge. Lots still looks the same, however. Hilltop is still a town icon, the Town Hall the same with just a little face lift, and Wow great new Library, same old spot!
