The 2010 Saugus Historical Society Calendar is now widely available at all sponsoring sites and public buildings. Not as many were printed this year as in years past, so get yours while they're still available.

The 2010 Historic Saugus Calendar is now slowly making its way into the normal distribution channels. As per usual, the calendar will be free at all the sponsor sites. Because there was a significant drop in sponsorship this year however, a donation will be requested at public buildings. If you want it for free, get your copy from one of the sponsoring businesses.

There's just one day left of free shipping from Amazon.com for orders that are needed prior to the 25^th. If you need to purchase something like a Wii, an iPod, or a DVD as a gift for the holidays and don't want to pay shipping, you need to order soon.

Even now we continue to add information on Ghost Story Contest winners as more comes in to post. If you've not checked it yet this week you have not seen the latest version.

There were lots of Saugus event calendar entries added this past weekend. Bursts of calendar activity often seem to happen this time of year as organizations finalize their schedules for the upcoming year.

The local businesses Mike's Place and University House of Pizza both updated their respective sites today.

The results from the special senatorial primary election have been posted.

Don't forget that today is election day in Saugus for the special senatorial primary.

The Town Hall asked us to post the following:

In conjunction with the Saugus Firefighters, Town Hall will be collecting unwrapped toys for those Saugus families that need a little help this Holiday Season.

Please place an unwrapped toy in the box located on the main floor of Town Hall. All donations will be accepted until December 11^th. If you would like to make a cash donation please see Joanne or Eileen in the Accounting office.

Together we can bring a little joy to a child this holiday season.

(The need is greater for gifts for older kids.)
