Join us for our annual maple sugaring event. Watch us tap trees, cut wood and boil the sap into syrup. You can also learn the history of sugaring and see a demonstration of how syrup was used in cooking during Colonial times. You will also get to sample syrup on pancakes and popcorn, washed down with hot chocolate around a campfire. There will be no reservations required this year as we have changed our format. You will be able to guide yourself through the exhibits, spending as much or as little time at each as you choose. Each site will be staffed to answer questions. The admission price of $3.00 will be reduced to $2.00 if you bring a can of food for us to donate to local food pantries.
