Founders' Day / Officer Harold Vitale Memorial Road Race & Non-Competitive Walk

This annual 4 mile run is open to all amateur athletes and is sanctioned by the USATF/NE. The entry fee is $12.00 through 9/5/03, but $15.00 afterwards. Age grops include U14, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & over -- Clydesdale & Filley. Trophies are awarded to first place finishers, and medals are awarded to second and third place finishers. Also, all of the above categories will be duplicated for Saugus Residents. There is an additional category for police or fire department employees, and free T-shirts are given to the first 250 paid, qualified applicants.
