Flood Conditions in Parts of Saugus Anyone planning on driving through the Saugus area should leave a little early and plan alternate routes as there are many roads affected by flooding. Some roads have been completely closed by the towns or cities responsible for them; others are effectively closed to ordinary cars with up to a foot and a half of water being reported pooled up in some of the "open" streets.
