Halloween Contest School Age Entries

This is just a reminder about school-age entries for our annual Halloween writing contest. We prefer teachers making our contest extra credit rather than a required assignment as we want to encourage a love of writing rather than make it a chore. If you must assign it, please do not send dozens of stories to us last minute without any advance warning; it is far better for you to pick just a few champions from each of your classes. We are getting entries that are not even stories, let alone being on-topic. Everyone involved with this contest is a volunteer, and sending unscreened student assignments just wastes our time.
