The Haunted Doll

One Saturday morning, Jamie jumped out of bed. Today was her birthday. She was so excited! She ran down her stairs and she saw waffles with a candle in them. Happy birthday Jamie, said her parents. Thank you. Now can we please go to the new doll store down the street? You know I've been asking and you said yesterday that we could, said Jamie. Fine, said her mother. Thank you so much, said Jamie. But she didn't know what she was in for.

An hour later, Jamie and her mom went to the doll store. There were a lot of dolls there. Jamie picked a doll that had blonde hair, blue eyes, was human-sized, and had a pink dress on. She was a little creepy, but Jamie loved her. That night Jamie put the doll in her bed to sleep with her. The next morning, Jamie woke up and her doll wasnt in bed with her. Jamie was thinking that either her mother or her father put her somewhere. Jamie thought wrong though, because the doll was downstairs and Jamie's mom didnt carry the doll down there. The doll walked down there by herself.

It was 6:00 a.m. and  no one was up yet except for Jamie. So Jamie went downstairs to make herself a bowl of cereal. When she went downstairs, she saw her doll, except she wasnt a doll, she was a human. What? How?Why? said Jamie. Who are you? asked Jamie. I'm your doll named Amy.” “Cool, said Jamie, But how did you become alive?” “I really dont know, but it is fun being a human.

All of a sudden, Jamie woke up from a dream with her doll right next to her in bed. Wow, that was weird!” “I know, right? said something.... and that something was the doll.
