After a lengthy hiatus, Saugus.net is again searchable. The search facility can be accessed via the sidebar or via the advanced search form.
The Sherlock Plug-In for accessing the Saugus.net search facility has been updated and is again online and available.

We've demoted the ZIP Codes, Etc. page as it's no longer popular enough to be on the sidebar since the US Post Office has disallowed us to link to their ZIP Code database (see the appropriate entry from the December archives for more details). It's abbreviation information is still there, though, and it can still be found through the General Information page.

We've been told that virtually all of the free Saugus Historical Society calendars are gone; there are apparently just a few left at some of the banks and RESCO. If you know of some other site that still has some, please let us know.

The popular free Saugus Calendar produced by Saugus Historical Society is now mostly gone at all its regular distribution channels; there are still some (albeit a very few) left at the Saugus Town Hall, and there are some left at RESCO.

The Saugus Board of Selectmen are accepting applications for appointment to both the Saugus Zoning Board of Appeals and Saugus Library Board of Trustees. These are both non-paid volunteer positions. Please submit letter of interest / résumé to:No later than February 26, 2004.
