It's been a while since the last update on the Saugus SETI team has been posted here. Saugus area machines have already contributed around 4800 results, utilizing over nine years' worth of CPU time that would have otherwise been wasted.

We've gotten word that in addition to a few copies of the Saugus Historical Society 2004 calendars being available at RESCO there are a couple left at the Saugus Chamber of Commerce office. It's very unusual for any calendars to be still available at this date, even such a small number. If you haven't got a 2004 Saugus calendar for your collection yet, you still have a chance.

Some time ago, English author Neil White wrote in asking about Saugus; he was in the midst of writing a crime novel partly set in town and wanted to get a better feel for the place. Many Saugonians saw his query and sent him information. We're happy to say that he's written in again to let us know the novel is finished and soon to be released.
